Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, even if you only paid so far the $100 deposit; the “clock” has now started ticking and it is important to insure what you have paid so far. You only need to insure what you have paid so far.

We have made arrangements with Travel Insurance Center, a division of SMS (Senior Market Sales); members of UStiA (United States Travel Insurance Association). Worldwide travel insurance brokers headquartered in Omaha Nebraska with over 35 years’ experience. Coverage to all destinations.

Please note:

● Trip costs are all pre-paid expenses no matter who the vendors are.

● Travel dates are for the entire period away from home, including travel days. Tickets can be extended if available (with possible additional fees if there's a difference in fare.) Tickets cannot be made earlier than the group flight)

● Israel has entry requirements that change constantly. It is your responsibility to make sure you tale care of these in advance of the trip. As of January 2025, visitors from the USA (and all other visa-exempt countries) are required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization to enter the state of Israel. It is suggested that you submit your application at least 72 hours prior to your trip. Visit https://israel-entry.piba.gov.il/ for more information and to apply. NOTE: this is the only official website to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization; any other websites claiming to do so are not reliable and may charge excessive fees.

What if I need to cancel?

Payments are not refundable once they are due.

In the event that the trip has to be cancelled due to war, pandemic or government-directed iinstructions, we will endeavor to recoup as much of any fees paid as possible from our suppliers, beyond the above policy. We do highly recommend however that travel insurance is taken out and we will work with you to cover any outstanding payments made.

Please note that the client is responsible for following any Israeli government entrance requirements, COVID-related instructions including, but not limited to providing negative test results and documentation as requested by airlines, Israel Ministry of Health, etc. See full waiver here.
